Rice Porridge, Potatoes, Tomatoes, Salmon & Anchovy

So for the next 4 days, Wafa akan makan bubur nasi with salmon ni. Afif letak tomatoes to get all the good nutrients from it. I tried to incorporate at least 1 type of vege into Wafa’s meal.

Ini first time Wafa akan makan salmon. Hopefully she likes it. Let’s talk about salmon fish.

TIPS NAK PILIH SALMON. PENTING!

 

1) Tengok warna ikan salmon tu. Usually yang bright colors salmon indicate it’s fresh

2) Kalau ada macam bruises atau brown spot ataupun skin dia macam curly, jangan pilih yang tu.

3) Smell it. Look and smell it. Seriously. You never know.

 

CARA PENYEDIAAN GUNA BABYCOOK. MUDAH AJE

1) Potong ikan salmon finger size but cut into half. Probably 4-5 cuts

2) Tomato guna 1/4. Potong dadu

3) Potato guna 1/4. Potong dadu

4) Bubur nasi – Air dalam rice cooker double kuantiti beras.

5) Isi air dalam tank level 3. Steam

6) Optional. Isi air dalam tank Level 2. Topup sikit air dalam rice cooker.

7) Steam

8) Masukkan bubur tadi dalam jug.

9) Blend semuanya. Siap!

 

Right after blend tu kan.. you can smell the salmon cooked properly. Rasa nak makan pon ada. Hehe.

Wafa, daddy hopes you like it. Mommy yang suruh intro salmon sebenarnye. hehe
